- 2 lbs beef ribs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Season ribs with smoked paprika and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear ribs for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer ribs to a baking dish. Pour beef broth into the dish.
- Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar in a bowl. Brush half over ribs.
- Cover with foil and bake for 2.5 hours.
- Remove foil, brush with remaining glaze, and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra stickiness, broil ribs for the last 2 minutes.
- Replace honey with maple syrup for a different flavor.
- Let ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
