- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup eggnog
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, nutmeg, and melted butter. Press into the pan.
- Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
- Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggnog, eggs, flour, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
- Pour filling over the crust. Bake for 35-40 minutes until set.
- Let cool completely, then refrigerate for 4 hours before slicing.
Notes
- Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture.
- Let bars chill fully for clean slices.
- Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
