  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add ground pork or turkey and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
  3. Stir in onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add coleslaw mix, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Stir well.
  5. Cook for 3-5 minutes until cabbage is tender.
  6. Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes
