- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 4 cups coleslaw mix
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground pork or turkey and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Stir in onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add coleslaw mix, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Stir well.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes until cabbage is tender.
- Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- Substitute ground chicken or beef if preferred.
- For extra heat, add more sriracha.
- Serve over rice or cauliflower rice.
