- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of ginger paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the frozen vegetable stir fry and cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in the pre-cooked chicken or tofu, garlic powder, and ginger paste.
- Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Meanwhile, prepare the Trader Joe’s rice or quinoa according to package instructions.
- Serve the stir fry over rice or quinoa.
