Easy-to-make individual tiramisu dessert cups perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 8 oz mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- Dark chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions
- Mix coffee and coffee liqueur in a shallow bowl.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the coffee mixture and place at the bottom of dessert cups.
- In a mixing bowl, beat mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spoon half the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and mascarpone.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Dust with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
Notes
- Use decaf coffee if preferred.
- Replace coffee liqueur with vanilla syrup for alcohol-free version.
- Best served chilled.
