Easy Thai baked chicken meatballs with bold flavors, perfect for a quick weeknight meal or party appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, cilantro, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
  5. Serve with dipping sauce or over rice.
