- 1/2 cup coconut milk

- 1/2 cup minced chicken
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Mix rice flour, coconut milk, water, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add minced chicken, cilantro, fish sauce, and garlic powder.
- Shape into small balls.
- Steam for 10 minutes.
- Serve warm.
