  • 8 ounces Cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs (for crust)
  • 1/4 cup Butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and granulated sugar. Toss to coat and let sit for about 30 minutes until the strawberries release their juices.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until the crumbs are moistened.
  5. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a serving dish to form a crust.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  7. Top with the macerated strawberries and their juices.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
