- 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
- 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
- 1 cup yogurt (vanilla or any preferred flavor)
- 1/2 cup granola
- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a glass or bowl, layer 1/4 cup of yogurt at the bottom.
- Add a layer of fresh berries (about 1/4 cup) on top of the yogurt.
- Spoon in 1/4 cup of whipped cream over the berries.
- Sprinkle a layer of granola (about 2 tablespoons) on top of the whipped cream.
- Repeat the layers until the glass is full, finishing with a layer of whipped cream and some berries on top.
- Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
