- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1 avocado, sliced

- 1 sheet nori, cut into strips
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
- Mix diced salmon, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Spread cooked rice in a baking dish.
- Top rice with spicy salmon mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is cooked.
- Garnish with avocado, cucumber, nori strips, and sesame seeds.
- Serve warm.
