A simple and tasty spaghetti chicken dish that combines tender chicken with classic spaghetti in a rich tomato sauce.

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Boil water in a pot and cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add garlic and onion to the pan. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan if desired.

- Use fresh herbs for a stronger flavor.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
