Ingredients

- 1/2 cup sourdough starter
- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add sourdough starter, milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread butter on the dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into slices.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
