Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz uncooked spaghetti, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer beef mixture to slow cooker.
  3. Add spaghetti sauce, uncooked spaghetti, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and water. Stir well.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes until cheese melts.
  7. Serve warm.
