Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the husked corn and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Remove corn from water and brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with salt and serve.
Notes
- Feel free to add additional ingredients to the coleslaw, such as diced apples or raisins for a sweet twist.
