Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
  4. Add cooked pasta to the pan. Toss with shrimp.
  5. Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
