- 2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 ears corn, shucked and cut into thirds
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, halved
- 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
- Add potatoes, corn, sausage, onion, garlic, lemon, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Boil for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
- Drain the pot and transfer to a serving platter.
- Drizzle with melted butter and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Add crab legs or mussels for variety.
- Serve with crusty bread or hot sauce.
