  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 ears corn, shucked and cut into thirds
  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Add potatoes, corn, sausage, onion, garlic, lemon, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Boil for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink.
  5. Drain the pot and transfer to a serving platter.
  6. Drizzle with melted butter and garnish with parsley.
