Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread potatoes on a sheet pan and roast for 15 minutes.
  4. Add asparagus and salmon to the pan. Drizzle with remaining olive oil.
