- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Add minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Stir well to mix all ingredients evenly.
- Let the salsa sit for 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.
Notes
- For a milder salsa, remove all seeds from the jalapeño.
- For a smoother texture, blend half of the salsa in a food processor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
