Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Drain salmon and remove bones if needed.
