- 12 slider rolls
- 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
- 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice rolls in half and spread mayonnaise and mustard on the bottom halves.
- Layer roast beef and cheese on the bottom halves, then cover with the top halves.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano. Brush over the tops of the sliders.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and rolls are golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use Hawaiian rolls for a sweeter taste.
- Add caramelized onions or pickles for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
