Description

Make easy and delicious roast beef sliders with tender roast beef, melted cheese, and soft rolls. Perfect for parties or quick meals.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice rolls in half and spread mayonnaise and mustard on the bottom halves.
  3. Layer roast beef and cheese on the bottom halves, then cover with the top halves.
  4. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano. Brush over the tops of the sliders.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and rolls are golden.
  6. Serve warm.
