- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, mix oats, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Stir well until fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, top with chopped nuts if desired.
- Enjoy cold or warm it up slightly.
Notes
- Use gluten-free oats if needed.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- For a thicker consistency, reduce milk by 1 tbsp.
