Instructions
- Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a food processor, blend basil, Parmesan, pine nuts, and garlic until finely chopped.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending to form a smooth paste.
- Toss the pesto with cooked pasta until evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm with extra Parmesan if desired.
