Instructions

- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Press each ball with a fork to create a crisscross pattern.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
