Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 pound of breakfast sausage

  • 1 tablespoon of mustard

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Cut the bread into cubes and place in the dish.
  3. Cook the sausage in a skillet until browned, then drain.
  4. Spread the sausage over the bread cubes.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bread and sausage.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  9. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  10. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until set.
