- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, mix mushrooms with olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the mushrooms in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway, until tender and glazed.
- Serve warm as a side dish or over rice.
