  • 1 tbsp orange zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, oil, orange juice, and orange zest.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Stir just until combined.
  5. Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
