Description

A simple and delicious one-pot creamy tomato pasta that saves time on cleanup. Perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in tomato sauce, water, and pasta. Stir well.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until creamy.
  7. Remove from heat and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use any pasta shape you prefer.
  • Add extra Parmesan on top for more flavor.
  • Substitute half-and-half for heavy cream if needed.
