Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in tomato sauce, water, and pasta. Stir well.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until creamy.
- Remove from heat and serve warm.
Notes
- Use any pasta shape you prefer.
- Add extra Parmesan on top for more flavor.
- Substitute half-and-half for heavy cream if needed.
