Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup beef stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and brown the minced beef.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and beef stock. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Boil potatoes until tender, drain, and mash with butter and milk.
  5. Season both mince and mash with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve mince over mashed potatoes.
