Ingredients

- 500g minced beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup beef stock
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium heat and brown the minced beef.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and beef stock. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Boil potatoes until tender, drain, and mash with butter and milk.
- Season both mince and mash with salt and pepper.
- Serve mince over mashed potatoes.

- Add grated cheese on top for extra flavor.
