Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked rice, shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, frozen vegetables, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Drizzle olive oil in a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving or packing for delivery.
