- 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi (optional)
- 1 tsp pickled ginger
Instructions
- Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl, then fold into the cooked rice.
- Let the rice cool to room temperature.
- Place a nori sheet on a bamboo mat.
- Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
- Arrange salmon, avocado, and cucumber in a line across the rice.
- Roll tightly using the bamboo mat.
- Slice the roll into pieces with a sharp knife.
- Serve with soy sauce, wasabi, and pickled ginger.
