- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
Instructions
- Rinse cranberries and pick out any damaged ones.
- In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and orange juice.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cranberries burst and sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in orange zest.
- Let cool before serving.
