Ingredients

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil. Knead into a dough.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Roll dough into a circle. Spread marinara sauce on half.
  6. Add mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
  7. Fold dough over and seal edges.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
