A simple homemade calzone recipe with delicious Italian flavors.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Mix flour, salt, sugar, and yeast in a bowl.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Knead into a dough.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll dough into a circle. Spread marinara sauce on half.
- Add mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, pepperoni, and Italian seasoning.
- Fold dough over and seal edges.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
