Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced potatoes, onion, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
