- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced potatoes, onion, and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef to reduce fat.
- Add other vegetables like carrots or peas if desired.
