Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup green beans, trimmed
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Layer potatoes, onions, carrots, bell pepper, and green beans in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread cooked ground beef evenly over vegetables.
  5. Mix cream of mushroom soup, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Pour soup mixture over the casserole.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  9. Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is golden.
  10. Serve hot.
