- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Layer potatoes, onions, carrots, bell pepper, and green beans in a greased baking dish.
- Spread cooked ground beef evenly over vegetables.
- Mix cream of mushroom soup, water, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour soup mixture over the casserole.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is golden.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey for beef.
- Add other vegetables like zucchini or corn.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
