- 1 package (30 oz) frozen hashbrowns
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, cheese, melted butter, onion, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can use fresh hashbrowns if preferred.
- Add cooked turkey meat or ham for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
