A simple and delicious hash brown potato casserole.
Ingredients

- 2 cups frozen hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine hash browns, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onions, and melted butter.
- Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add cooked bacon or ham for extra flavor.
- Use a different cheese if desired.
- This dish can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
