- 3 tbsp harissa paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix harissa paste, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the marinade.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours in the fridge.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
