Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked seasoned ground beef or chicken
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon diced onions
  • 1 tablespoon jalapeños (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Lay the tortilla flat and spread sour cream evenly over it.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese, ground beef or chicken, tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños (if using) in the center.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it tightly into a burrito.

  6. Place the burrito in the heated skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve immediately.
