A simple and delicious copycat version of the grilled cheese burrito, inspired by a popular fast-food chain. Perfect for a quick meal or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked seasoned ground beef or chicken
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon diced onions
- 1 tablespoon jalapeños (optional)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Lay the tortilla flat and spread sour cream evenly over it.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese, ground beef or chicken, tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños (if using) in the center.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it tightly into a burrito.
- Brush melted butter on the outside of the burrito.
- Place the burrito in the heated skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook on medium-high heat.
- Customize with your favorite fillings like bacon or avocado.
- Serve with salsa or guacamole for dipping.
