- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/3 cups crispy fried onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil green beans in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain.
- Mix mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Stir in green beans and half of the fried onions.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
- Top with remaining fried onions and bake for 5 more minutes.
