- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Cook gluten free pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened.
- Add spinach and stir until wilted.
- Mix in cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
