- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
- Drain pasta and add it to the pan. Toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve immediately.
