Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) olive oil
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and no longer pink inside (5-7 minutes).
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and stir to deglaze the pan.
  5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  6. Stir in parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
