- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink (about 5-6 minutes).
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
