- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 cups broccolini, trimmed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss chicken with Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden, about 5 minutes.
- Mix Alfredo sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, and Cajun seasoning in a bowl.
- Toss broccolini with a little oil and roast for 10 minutes.
- Combine chicken with sauce and serve with broccolini.
