A delicious and colorful dessert pizza topped with fresh fruits and a creamy glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made sugar cookie dough (16 oz)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup apricot jam (for glaze)
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press sugar cookie dough into a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.
  5. Arrange sliced fruits on top.
  6. Heat apricot jam with water, then brush over fruits for glaze.
  7. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
