A delicious and colorful dessert pizza topped with fresh fruits and a creamy glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 pre-made sugar cookie dough (16 oz)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, etc.)
- 1/4 cup apricot jam (for glaze)
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press sugar cookie dough into a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled crust.
- Arrange sliced fruits on top.
- Heat apricot jam with water, then brush over fruits for glaze.
- Chill for 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use any seasonal fruits you prefer.
- For a lighter option, substitute Greek yogurt for cream cheese.
- Best served the same day.
