- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan, cook ground beef until browned.
- Add taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and salsa. Stir to combine.
- Mix in cooked rice.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Notes
- Can substitute ground turkey for beef.
- Add chopped bell peppers for extra flavor.
- Serve with tortilla chips or salad.
