- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
- If using, fold in chopped nuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- This dessert can be served warm or at room temperature.
