Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Divide diced vegetables and cheese evenly among the muffin cups.
- Pour the egg mixture into each muffin cup, filling about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the tin.
