Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a pot, combine quinoa, 2 cups of water, salt, and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Stir in garlic powder and soy sauce.
  7. Combine cooked quinoa with sautéed vegetables.
  8. Serve warm.
