- 1 tsp grated ginger
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, and green onions.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Pour dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss well.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

- For extra crunch, add chopped peanuts.
